Welcome to HORSES.SALE, operated by Horsense shop s.r.o. By accessing and using our platform, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.

2. Services Provided
We offer a database of horses for sale, available to buyers for a one-time fee. Sellers can list horses for free. Additional services include pre-purchase vet exam assistance and contract customization with eSign functionality.

3. User Responsibilities
Users must provide accurate information about horses and comply with legal and ethical standards. Fraudulent listings or misrepresentation are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to refuse or remove any listing.

4. Payment and Refund Policy
Buyers must pay a one-time access fee, which is non-refundable. Payments are processed via Stripe and PayPal.

5. Confidentiality of User Documents
If users utilize our contract customization and eSign services, we may have access to their documents. We treat all user documents as strictly confidential and will not disclose, share, or use them for any purpose other than providing the requested service.

6. Prohibited Activities
Users must not engage in fraud, misrepresentation, or any illegal activities. Listings must accurately represent the horse being sold. Any violation may result in removal from the platform.

7. Listing Management
Sellers can remove their listings at any time. We reserve the right to edit or remove listings that do not meet our standards or violate these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability
HORSES.SALE is not responsible for transactions between buyers and sellers. We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings or the quality of horses.

9. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating our terms.
